Peony Copper Kettle is a truly unique variety that catches the eye with its incredible warm colors. The large flowers feature a beautiful mix of copper, peach, and soft apricot tones, with deeper reddish highlights near the center. Bright yellow stamens peek through the ruffled petals, giving the bloom a radiant, almost glowing look. It’s a rich and unusual color palette that instantly stands out.
This peony is a wonderful addition to any flower bed or garden border. It grows into a sturdy bush with strong stems that easily support the big blooms, so you don't have to worry about them drooping after a spring rain. The lush green leaves look great all season long, keeping your garden looking fresh even after the flowers are gone.
Copper Kettle is also a fantastic choice for cutting. These gorgeous, warm-toned flowers last a long time in a vase, bringing a cozy and elegant feel right into your home. It's the perfect peony for anyone who wants something a little different that adds a touch of warmth and charm to their space.

Guide and tips for planting peony plants and bulbs
- Choose a sunny spot in your garden with well-draining soil.
- Dig a hole that is 2-3 times wider than the diameter of the peony bulb or root and deep enough to accommodate it comfortably.
- Mix some compost or other organic matter into the soil at the bottom of the hole.
- Place the peony bulb or root in the hole with the "eyes" (small buds) facing up and the crown (thickened stem base) no more than 1-2 inches below the soil surface.
- Fill the hole with soil and gently firm the soil around the bulb or root.
- Water the soil until it is evenly moist.
- Cover the area with a layer of mulch to help retain moisture and suppress weeds.
- Water the plant regularly, making sure not to let the soil dry out completely.
- As the plant grows, provide support to the stem to prevent it from bending or breaking.
- After the flowers have faded, cut the stem off at the base and continue to care for the plant by watering it regularly and providing it with full sun or partial shade.
