We add a standard charge for delivery on orders depending on the country where you live. All delivery costs are added automatically to your basket.
Flower bulbs are delivered at the appropriate time for planting and will be stated on the product page or in your order acknowledgement.

Can I collect my order at your warehouse/shop?
No, Peonita.com only delivers via the post. Your order is shipped from the Netherlands.
Who delivers your parcels?
Depending on the country where you live, we use international or local parcel delivery companies, like DPD, UPS, PostNL. Delivery time is approximately 2-5 business days. After your order is shipped you will receive a Track&Trace number that you can use to track your package.
Can I choose a day I want my parcel delivered?
No, unfortunately, this is not yet possible.
What if I am not at home when my package is delivered?
Parcel delivery companies will usually try to deliver once again or leave the parcel at your neighbours. They will leave a notice, telling you they tried to deliver. We recommend contacting them as soon as possible to arrange a convenient time for your order to be delivered.
Will my order be delivered as one package?
We aim to deliver your order at once. On exceptional occasions, we are forced to ship your order partially. No additional shipping costs will be added in case we need to split your order.
