Delivery Questions
Where do you deliver?
We ship to more than 30 countries across Europe. We are constantly expanding the list of countries that we deliver to. Please check the list of countries here.
Can I choose my delivery date?
No. Our products are harvested during summer or in autumn. We deliver your orders at the best possible time of the year. Autumn delivery usually starts as of October 1th.
Can I send bulbs and plant as a gift?
Yes. If you pay online and indicate the address of the person, we will make sure that your order will be delivered timely and safe.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and all other payment methods.
Account questions
Do I need to create an account?
No, you do not need to create an account to make a purchase. You can complete your order as a guest.
How do I create an account?
To create an account, simply go to the registration page and fill in your details. Having an account will allow you to track your orders and receive special offers.
Will you automatically create an account when I place my first order?
Yes, an account will be automatically created for you when you place your first order. You will receive an email to set up your password and gain access to your order history and future benefits.
Return & Refund Questions
How do I return a plant or product?
Please contact us via the contact form. We can offer a replacement or a refund. If applicable, you will be provided with a return address. Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receiving the product to cancel your purchase. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is damaged or delivered incorrectly.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 working days. If you haven't paid yet, you won’t need to pay for the order anymore.
Plants information
How long can the plants stay in the packaging after delivery?
We recommend planting the plants as soon as possible. If it is not possible, you can store them in a dark and cool place.
How should I store my plants if I can't plant them right away?
We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in their original packaging until you're ready to plant them.
