Payment options
You pay securely in the Shopify checkout. The payment methods available for your country are always shown at checkout.
Accepted payment methods
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express
- Wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Klarna
- Local payment methods, depending on your country, for example iDEAL | Wero in the Netherlands, Bancontact in Belgium, EPS in Austria and Przelewy24 in Poland
Checkout automatically shows the methods available in your country, with the most popular local method at the top.
When is my payment charged?
Your payment is charged when you place your order. This also applies to orders placed between 1 June and 30 September: these are reserved for you and ship from 1 October, at the start of the planting season. If you want to cancel an order that has not been dispatched yet, email us and we refund you in full.
Is paying safe?
Yes. The checkout uses an encrypted connection, and your card details are processed by the payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Prices, currency and VAT
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout; see our shipping costs. For deliveries to Switzerland, customs or import charges may apply on top.
Invoices
You receive an order confirmation by email. If you need an invoice with your company name or VAT number, email support@peonita.com with your order number and the details to include.
Refunds
Refunds are paid with the same payment method you used for your order, within 10 working days. See returns & refunds.
