Our guarantee
Every peony root from Peonita comes with our 100% flowering guarantee. Peonita is a brand of Dutch-Bulbs B.V., a member of the BKD, the Dutch inspection service for flower bulbs and perennials. All roots are checked by hand for size, health and the number of eyes before shipping. The guarantee covers:
- Quality: the roots do not meet our quality standards on arrival.
- Variety: the plant flowers in a different variety than the one you ordered.
- Growth: you followed our planting and care instructions, but the root does not grow or flower.
In these cases we send you a free replacement or refund you. Email support@peonita.com with your order number and a photo.
Damaged or incorrect delivery
Roots are living products and can occasionally be damaged in transit. If they arrive damaged, soft, rotten or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the products and packaging. We send a free replacement or refund you.
Plants will not always look exactly like the photos on our website, as colours and shapes vary with light and growing conditions.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Please tell us through our contact page or by email before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless we sent you a damaged or incorrect item.
How to return
- Email support@peonita.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We confirm your return and send you the instructions.
- Send the products back in their original condition and packaging to: Dutch-Bulbs B.V. (Peonita), Carolus Clusiuslaan 3d, 2215 RV Voorhout, the Netherlands.
When will I get my refund?
Once we have received your return, we confirm it by email and refund you within 10 working days, using the payment method of your order.
