Frequently asked questions about delivery
When do you ship?
From 1 October to 1 June. Orders placed between 1 June and 30 September ship from 1 October. See our shipping schedule.
Who delivers your parcels, and how long does it take?
DPD, UPS or PostNL, depending on your country. After dispatch, delivery takes 2–5 working days to Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, and 3–6 working days to other countries. You receive a Track & Trace number by email.
Can I collect my order?
No, we deliver by post only. Your order ships from the Netherlands.
Can I choose a delivery day?
Not yet.
What if I am not at home?
The carrier usually tries again or leaves the parcel with a neighbour, and leaves a notice. Contact the carrier as soon as possible to arrange delivery; dormant roots can wait a few days.
Will my order arrive in one package?
We aim to send everything together. If we ever have to split your order, you pay no extra shipping.
