At Peonita.com, we ship premium peonies and flower bulbs directly from Holland to customers throughout the European Union and Switzerland.
We take great care to ensure that every order arrives safely, on time, and in perfect planting condition.


Shipping Area

We currently deliver to all countries within the European Union and Switzerland.
Deliveries outside these areas (e.g., the UK, Norway, or overseas territories) are not available at this time.


Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During the harvest and planting seasons, preparation time may take slightly longer due to product availability and quality control.


Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable carriers such as GLS, DHL, DPD, and FedEx, depending on destination and parcel size.
All parcels include tracking information, which is sent by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: 2–4 business days

  • Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • Switzerland: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, customs (for Switzerland), or seasonal demand.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight.
We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions for larger orders.


Seasonal Shipping

Our products are seasonal and shipped during the optimal planting periods to ensure best results:

  • Spring Season (February – May): Shipping of peonies and spring-planted bulbs

  • Autumn Season (September – November): Shipping of autumn-planted bulbs

If your order includes items from different seasons, we may split deliveries to maintain quality.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is delayed beyond 14 business days, please contact us at support@peonita.com within 7 days after the expected delivery date.
We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
